Large shop. I went to buy some under garments. Men's wear is really out of the way. Took a bit to find the section I needed. Service was good and pleasant.

Hudson's bay has a very comprehensive store located in this mall. With solid customer service (lots of employee to help actively) and brand categories. With good sales events, it's possible to get very good deals on items. Something like their scratch card event this weekend has good chance for 50 percent off of all purchases which helps a lot with their expensive regular priced items. Recommended if looking for a variety of clothing and other products.

Still love the Bay! Canadian institution. .great affordable selection of home goods and clothing. ..amazing sales..I had a salesperson take off an additional 25% just because ....very personable..customer service is great when you find an associate...will always be my number 1 department store...

Hudson's bay is always a good place. However, these days, their floor attendants are bit moody and customer service is off. One day, there was this guy who was pretty much more interested in chatting with his pretty colleague than listening to our questions. And, my wife is looking for a dress for a while and seems to not finding it.... well that's a different story.

I’ve been shopping at Hudon’s Bays’ since I was a child and this is one of the best Bay’s I’ve ever been to. It has several levels and they have taken the time and effort to ensure all the displays are appealing and tastefully arranged. They often have great sales to watch out for. A Canadian classic department store. It has everything you want. This is the biggest store in Western Canada and it shows. Great place to shop for home needs. We ended up getting in on the 1/2 price furniture sale. Have always enjoyed walking through the Bay.

Lovely to stay....and free city wifi service

The Bay practices an odd kind of bait and switch in their kitchenware department: they have the advertised sale product in stock, with signage showing the sale price, but when they scan the product at their cash register it doesn’t show up. I don’t mean the sale price, I mean the product itself doesn’t show up. What follows is 15 minutes of the salesperson laboriously scanning and rescanning, asking the customer to read out the UPC code, etc. There is apparently no manager available, nor any way to sell a product if it doesn’t scan. Fortunately I was able to go next door to London Drugs and get the same product without any hassles!

Great service and carries all the brand's I love in every category. Great return policy also if something doesn't work out. I love The Bay!

The Google listing says it is open until 6pm, I am in front of the store at 5.10pm and it is already closed. Your marketing team needs to update it. I had to buy something for my baby and arrange someone to look after him and get a taxi to get to Hudson for nothing. Frustrating

This department store has been around as long as I can remember and they’ve really upped their game as of late; both in their online presence and storefront. If Nordstrom isn’t your financially driven cup of tea, then check out the Bay.

I called hundreds of time to reach the hand bag department but their phone is busy from open to close. I also talked to Jod the operator but he didn't transfer my call to them. I also asked Jod to give them my phone number to call me when they are not busy but he said :I can't!!!!

I have had a few amazing experiences with customer associates in the Women's shoes department. They were really caring, understanding, and patient. Best customer experience ever! I will shop more often here.

Can't pass on Hudson Bay's deals of the year. This location is definitely my favourite. Spaceous, well priced and stocked to the rim. Men please stay on floor # 6:)

I think this is one of hudson's bay biggest store location. Comfortable, friendly staffs, a lot of choice and wide range of products. Some of the products are only available online, and needs several days if you want to pick up at store.

Hard to find staff to complete a purchase or gain access to a fitting room. Items aren’t priced properly or organized - especially during sales. Avoid the second floor shoe area because it can take 30 minutes to get the size you want pulled to try on unfortunately. Good one day sales and housewares section usually does have lots of variety.

The beauty department and Top Men never go wrong!

I love Hudson Bay! They have great products. Good quality and you can also find competitive prices for their products. If you find something that you like there in a decent price take it, you won't find it anywhere else. Sometimes they have special sales or free delivery and some of their sales staff are so friendly and fun to chat with.

A chubby lady who seems to be a store manager at Chanel is extremely rude. Don’t talk to her or she’ll make your whole day totally messed up.

Great selection of clothes and housewares at decent prices. The merchandise is always neatly displayed unlike Macy's here in the San Francisco area. You can find helpful and friendly store employees when you need assistance.

A staple of Canadian fashion, although it's best days seem to be well behind it. The stores are generally quiet, dated, and lack the energy of its competitors. Getting service help is challenging because they are usually understaffed...its hard to find people if you have questions or need help. The prices are the same as everywhere else although they tend to have frequent sales.

I always find what I need. Quality merchandise and fair pricing.

Possibly the Best Department Store in Vancouver. Amazing Service. The gentleman, Mr. Max in Fragrances, is an amazing knowledgeable, caring and a delight to be helped by. My wife, myself and almost my entire family, we always go to him. He is not only great with fragrances, but he goes above and beyond to help you with all your needs in the store. Overall we are very happy with the service we get from Max and others every time I go to Hudson 's bay Downtown Vancouver. I must admit that the None of the other locations of Bay provides even 50% of the amazing service the way you guys serve your customers. So amazing job and keep it up.

The best Canadian department store, with the worst staff specially in the home section. They seldom come by to give advice. When they do, they cannot be much help due to their limited knowledge of what they sell. In my last experience, they did not have a bag to fit the pillows they sell and they didn’t even feel sorry a little bit. I personally shop online, as it is less headache and more successful!

Great department store with lots of space and items. The building itself is a heritage building and as a result is not as luxurious as say Nordstrom’s in the mall but it has a much more cozy feel. 6 floors of merchandise from clothing to makeup to furniture to toys. The sales staff are friendly and ready to help, mine was able to extend a sale that no longer applied to the clothing a bought. Easy to get to as it has buses stopping right in front and skytrain station beside it.

I went with my sister to buy a new bathing suit for our upcoming trip. I now take back everything I've ever said or thought about the Bay as what a fabulous selection! It's the beginning of bathing suit season & they had a really great sale! Unbelievable! I thought the Bay was an old lady's store along with being very expensive, NOT true! Bought a beautiful in style bathing suit, cover & a couple outfit's. I was so pleasantly surprised & definitely going back! Think I'll even get a Bay card! Definitely 2 thumbs up! Oh, and friendly sales staff too!

Best department store in Vancouver but I found that their sweater selection was poor and that surprised me because it is December. Did find one though, for $75. Prices are much better than Nordstrom's and, usually, so is the selection of goods.

Canada's oldest company, you can find what you need here, their promotions are awesome! Wish the business picks up again and this Canadian heritage doesn't close shop.

Most of the clothing was incredibly overpriced and posche. Of course designed older fancy women, yet the store didn't provide service alongside it. I took me awhile to find staff and a fitting room, but I did eventually.

Very big store and high quality product you can buy what you need here and prices sometimes high sometimes good and Easy access and reach for people with disability who use wheelchair and near to public transit systems such as bus or sky train, very beautiful atmosphere and enjoyable, cheers

The employees are very helpful! The store is very well organized! They have cosmetics products, home essentials, kitchenware and so much more! Their return policy is great as well! They often have great sales! Their washrooms are clean and hygienic! This is one of my favourite stores for browsing things! Would recommend!

Hudson's Bay is one of the better department stores in Canada and although it is quite expensive, rounds down to a fair price with their frequent sales. Displays can be messy, but it is worth visiting.

Just dropped in to check out what was on sale. Some good deals and one friendly salesperson helped me with a jacket I was looking at. Didn't buy it but the experience wS excellent. Might go back for the jacket.

This downtown flagship store has lots of goodies for one to enjoy. You can clearly see that once a very classy and upscale establishment is now falling a bit into crumbles. Based on the decorations and the atmosphere, this store is still pretty nice to shop at despite it's aging building. Staff are super friendly and extremely helpful.
